SHIPPING

Freight Terms: Most items ship UPS unless stated otherwise. All freight charges are added to invoice amount. In the case of large orders (Generally $1000 or more), freight charges may be borne by GGWCO. Please refer to our quotation.

FOB: All orders shipped FOB Norcross, GA or FOB Shipping Point for drop-shipped items.

METHOD OF PAYMENT

Credit Card: Visa/MC/Discover/AMEX only. Card is not charged until time of shipment except in the case of special order items which may require prepayment.

COD: We can ship UPS COD for an additional charge of $10 added to normal freight charges. Note: COD service may not be available in all areas or for all items.

Prepaid In Advance: We accept company check, money order and cashiers checks.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES:

No refunds or exchanges on any SPECIAL ORDER items. STOCK items are subject to a restocking fee which varies depending on manufacturer's policy. In no case shall any freight be refundable. If any error has been deemed to be the fault of GGWCO, then we will gladly refund or exchange per buyer's wishes including any freight charges.

TRIAL WHEELS:

Only in special instances are trial wheels offered. Our manufacturers require specific guidelines that must be met in order to offer wheels or products on a trial basis. Please contact us for more information.
