Founded in 1979 as National Grinding Wheel Sales of Georgia, Inc., as a distributor of grinding wheels and abrasives to the woodworking and metalworking industries throughout the Southeastern United States.  In 1986 we changed our name to Georgia Grinding Wheel Company, Inc. as part of a reorganization.  We launched our web site in 2000 and began doing business with companies across the US.  In 2001, we became a truly international company with sales to many foreign countries. Our focus continues to be standard and special-manufactured abrasives and grinding wheels to small and medium sized businesses engaged in metalworking or woodworking.   We are not limited to providing standard cataloged products.  In fact, a high percentage of our sales comes from custom engineered abrasive products that are specifically designed for a customer.  Our engineering expertise and industry experience provides a wealth of in-depth knowledge of the grinding and abrasive process as well as specific industry norms and practices.  Our product library boasts over 40 years of machine and process data where we can research wheels and sizes for practically any machine made.  Our personnel possess over 66 years of combined industry knowledge.  If you are looking for a grinding wheel, an abrasive product or abrasive tool you have come to the right place!
